Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao is a welfare scheme started by Government of India for upliftment of women. This scheme intends to improve the status of women by creating awareness about their welfare and promoting various programs for their benefits and well being. A sum of INR 100 Crore has been set aside for this venture. Discrimination against baby girls has resulted in a declining birth rate for girls. This is a very sad state of affairs. Technology, social evils and irrational thinking of so called traditions has resulted in murder of even unborn female infants. Most of the backward regions have even worse boy/ girl ratio due to lack of education and progressive social ideology. The aim of this scheme is to stop elimination of girl child before she is born and provide protection, care and education for her. The Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao scheme is backed by many medical organizations in India to make it a success.
The logo of this campaign will be displayed in public places, government offices, hospitals, companies, schools and colleges so that the message can be publicized and promoted to develop understanding of people.

no one is aware about this government scheme ,also sunkanya samruddhi yojana was being started but what are its benefit ,if any female child account is opened in bank since she was 10 years old government should convert this account automatically in sukanya saruddhi yojana ,why the dead line to open sukanya samruddhi yojna is 10 years ,as many people unable to open this scheme of sukanya samruddhi yojna due to lack of money ,and when now money came in hand cant open as het age is 12 or 13 yrs now, only publishing advertisement scheme on line is not important,how we schould educate the girl child when fees in private collages are so high ,condition of government school u must be knowing,many girla not getting education ,schlorship ,is there any help line number for girls
